Process of uploading new records is very simple and it depends on the zipcodes available in the uplodaing excel and also the areas available in the uploading excel.To instruct users who are new to this software we have created the sample uploading excel where user can know what should be the format of the excel which they will be uplaoding. COLLBOX also gives a unique mapping functionality where uploaded excel can be easily mapped and uploaded. Before completing the mapping procedure a portofolio should be assign because the allocation of the records to users are done according to the users working on the selected portfolio. As the records from the excel is matches the enviroment of the selected portfolio then the software find the appropriate users and allocate the records accordingly.
