After uploading the excel the allocations are done accordingly adn records get divided into 4 parts-:
- Unassign.
- Auto-Assign.
- Approved.
- Noservicearea.
Unassign-In unassign those records are visible which has been uploaded but has not been assigned to anybody because no user was found matching with that particular record working requirements adn enviroment. From here user can either remove the record from listing or can assign it to someone, For such thing COLLBOX allows manually-assign procedure where Admin can assign the record to the user's list available in the dropdown. After manually assigning the record the assigned record will be removed from here and will be visible on Auto-Assign page. This page features these below functionality-:
- Assigning records to users.
- Assigning and approving records to users.
- Deleting the records.
- Transferring records to noservicearea.
