After uploading the excel the allocations are done accordingly adn records get divided into 4 parts-:

  • Unassign.
  • Auto-Assign.
  • Approved.
  • Noservicearea.

Auto-Assign-All those records from the uploaded excel which has been auto-assigned means the record which has matched the working enviroment of any particular users chain flow are listed here. Here every users in the work chain is automatically assigned the records. Users including the Teamleader, SUpervisor,Telecaller and Feildcollector.As allocations are already made so there will be no need to assign any user from here. Still if the user wants to change the assigned users then they can easity manage by selecting the feildcollecotor from the list and it will automatically create new chain according to selected Feildcollector. All available records on this page need is be approve manually so taht it will make the selected records online and ready to work for the telecaller and collector. After approving the record the records started to get visible on AGENCY ALLOCATIONS acitive. This page features these below functionality-:

  • Assigning records to users if needed.
